CHACC envisions a thriving, innovative Haitian-American community that serves as a model of cultural pride, economic leadership, and civic engagement in Colorado and beyond. We see a future where Haitian and other immigrant entrepreneurs drive sustainable growth, where cultural heritage is celebrated as a source of strength, and where every generation is empowered with opportunity, wellness, and a deep sense of belonging.

We believe that through unity, innovation, and shared purpose, immigrant communities can transform resilience into collective prosperity—benefiting not only their members but the broader social and economic fabric of Colorado.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower Haitian-American entrepreneurs, advance equitable access to public health and wellness resources, and celebrate cultural heritage as a cornerstone for building thriving communities. In doing so, we seek to strengthen pathways to generational wealth, health equity, and civic participation for both the Haitian diaspora and allied immigrant communities in Colorado.

We integrate business development, public health education, cultural celebration, and civic engagement into a dynamic, holistic model for community uplift. Our work includes:

• Supporting Haitian and immigrant-owned businesses through training, mentorship, and access to capital

• Promoting public health literacy and facilitating partnerships for healthcare access

• Showcasing Haitian arts, history, and culture to foster pride and cross-cultural understanding

• Advocating for inclusive policies that advance immigrant voices and leadership in Colorado’s civic life
