The Colorado Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce (CHACC) is led a dedicated board of Haitian-American professionals whose collective expertise spans business, education, community development, and nonprofit leadership. Our leaders share a deep commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening multicultural partnerships, and elevating the voice of the Haitian-American community across Colorado.

Together, they work to create a supportive ecosystem where Haitian-owned and immigrant-owned businesses can thrive, community partnerships can flourish, and future leaders are equipped to build a more resilient and prosperous community.

    A first-generation Haitian-American, Edwine brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across education, philanthropy, consulting, and technology. His work is rooted in building equitable systems and opportunities for historically underrepresented communities. Edwine serves as Chief of Staff to the President at the Charter School Growth Fund and is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Schola Sophia. He also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on education and youth empowerment.

    Ederson is a US Navy Veteran with 22 years of service and a native of Miami’s Little Haiti community. His upbringing there shaped his passion for community advocacy and empowerment. Ederson holds dual master’s degrees in business and project management and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with deep expertise in supply chain and leadership development. He is also an author of several books, including Earth of Existence: A Journey from Haiti to America and Face of Leadership.

    Stephania Abdul is a business owner and community advocate dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship and economic growth. With experience spanning corporate engineering and service-based businesses, she brings a systems-driven approach to helping organizations operate more efficiently and sustainably. Stephania is committed to supporting Haitian-owned and minority-owned businesses through collaboration, education, and strategic growth.

    Dr. Dell Beauge is a healthcare and pharmacy operations leader with deep expertise in process excellence and community health. Dell is passionate about strengthening systems that support community well-being and sustainability, and his leadership plays a vital role in shaping CHACC’s strategic vision and long-term impact.
